Cancellation rules for School Registration

	The registration date is the date you submit your online registration.
	We will send an invoice after we receive your registration. We will make a contract with you when we confirm your payment by credit card or wire transfer. If you cancel, we will refund the full amount less the school's cancellation fee and less the financial institution's service charge to refund the money.
	Cancellation fees are determined by course providers, and NOT FSS.

Before your course starts (Cancellation fees are determined by course providers, and NOT FSS.)

Cancellation due to visa ineligibility	C$200 maximum
Within 7 days after registration	25% of total fees (C$400 maximum)
At least 30 days prior to course start date	25% of total fees
Less than 29 days prior to course start date	40% of total fees

After your course starts (Cancellation fees are determined by course providers, and NOT FSS.)

Time limits	Cancellation fee
If less than 10% of the total term credits have been completed	50% of total fees
If less than 30% of the total term credits have been completed	70% of total fees
If more than 30% of the total term credits have been completed	100% of total fees

Cancellation rules for Homestay

Cancellation

15 - 21 days	Non refundable	20% of total fees (4 weeks or 2 weeks)
8 - 14 day	Non refundable	35% of total fees (4 weeks or 2 weeks)
7 days or less	Non refundable	50% of total fees (4 weeks or 2 weeks)

Change the date

50% of the accommodation cost for the period between the original and the revised date will be charged in addition to the homestay fee (4 weeks or 2 weeks)
